To Cliff and the entire Tapella Family:

Even though we were not close in our friendship as adults as we were during our high school years, I always regarded you as a special and influential person in my life. I realize that in the last 23 years we only "crossed paths" only a handful of times, however you were often on my mind. I have fond and sincere memories of you and your family, and I was very fortunate at one time to have experienced their love and generosity. Our trip we shared to Europe in the summer of 1977 is still to this day one of the most memorable events of my life and I am most fornutnate to have spent with you! You are gone from this earth, but you will always have a special place in my heart! Good-bye for now my friend, until we meet again!

Mr Tapella was a loved man by all who knew him, although it has been three years since I last saw him, I am saddened with this news. My thoughts, hopes, and prayers are with the family. I am so sorry for your loss, he was a wonderful man.
