Auntie Debbie,
My birthday every year will mark the anniversary of our passing. Life for me has not been the same since you left us for heaven on July 21, 2007.
I have so many memories of you while I was growing up, being as close as I am with Vero and Jr.
We lived together at our home away from home at LMID. I saw you everyday sitting right across from eachother. You're beautiful smile and caring words made coming into work on a bad day worth it. You loved SOOO much. I miss waking you up from snoring, our bathroom hair cuts, my pregnancy massages, our lunch trips to grandpas for veggie soup and cesadias and hearing you talk about your grandkids and my cousins.
We talked and cried together the most about missing Uncle Randy. You prayed to God to help you understand his passing and to bring you two together again. God let you be with him. Now you both are our angels until we all meet again in heaven. Thank you for watching over me and my family. Tell Uncle Randy that I miss and love him very much. I thank him for watching over Andrew Randy when we almost lost him; I know he was there to keep us both strong.
I love you Auntie and I think about you all the time.
You’re Niece,
Andrea

Hey Sis, it's been one year since we were together. You were so beautiful and at peace with yourself. And on that day, when God choose you to be with our brother Randy, God knew you were ready. He only chooses the best. And you are truly one of a kind.
I think of you and Randy every day, and imagine how happy you both are. The two of you together again is so consoling to me and my family. We know you are both in a better place, watching over all of those who love you, and we are grateful to have all the precious memories, which we will forever hold close to our hearts.
Over the last year your brother-in-law and I have spent a lot of time with Jr, Vedo and your grandkids. Every time I see little Josh, I see you in her big beautiful eyes. I tell her that you would have wanted me to be her new Nana. I tell her that you are the big bright star in the sky and how beautiful heaven is. I tell her that some day we will all be together again. She's so loving and so much like her grandma. You have a beautiful family, whom all know that we love them like our own.
We all miss and love you both so much.
Until we meet again.....
Your Sister Sal

I also worked with Debbie at LMID in Sacramento. I will always remember her beautiful smile, warmth, and of course, the love she had for her family. The beautiful tributes at the service last night just show how much she was loved by everyone. I pray that your many happy memories will be a consolation to you during this difficult time.

Your life is a blessing that no one could discribe, there's no one in the world like you. There were many days and many nights that we didn't get a chance to say hi or goodbye. The day you passed we were together. I was so happy to see you with your smile on your face. You gave me a kiss and you said I'm happy to see you. It's been to long since we've seen eachother. We sat together and we talked, we laughed, we had a great time. Then you left I kissed you goodbye I didn't think that would be the last time I would see you. When Jason told me you had passed away I couldn't believe it I just seen you today. You'll be missed so much I love you for always Nina.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. I worked with Debbie at LMID and she was in my unit but I knew her mostly because she was a very dear friend to my sister and soon became a dear friend to me. Her smile and laugh will always be remembered and how she would always say "Hey girl, and "hunh" to cheer me up. I will always remember those times. Take care and GOD BLESS.

I send my deepest condolences and sympathy to the family. May God look over all of you and hold you close. Sometimes God takes those we love to soon and we can not understand and wish he didn't but we must have faith that they are in a better place.

Vero & Jr,
Your mom was a wonderful person who always let you two know how much she loved you. Vero and I were inseparable in high school and Debbie and Jerry were like my second parents. Debbie always supported Vero and Jr in everything they did and showed them love and affection everytime their eyes met. Everytime Vero and I left the house Debbie would give us both hugs and kisses and say "I love you Miha". Debbie you were one of the kindest persons I have ever met and I am so glad to have had you in my life. Vero and Jr always remember your mom loved you more than anything and she will be watching over you in heaven making sure you are still well cared for!
My prayers go out to Debbie and her family, God Bless you.

My deepest condolences and sympathy to Debbie's family. Debbie was a long time customer of mine at EDD and put a smile on my face every morning that i spoke with her. We finally met about 5 yrs ago at a production meeting and instantly became friends. After finding out she was my friend Jessica's Aunt, I always called her 'Aunt Debbie' and she would smile. Aunt Debbie was always there when you needed her to share her love and support. Her great love and concern for her children, family, and friends was amazing. We shared alot of happy days making and eating her enchiladas while she beat us at pool, darts, dice, and recieving one of her OLDIES cd's was always a pleasured gift.
It was 2 weeks ago that Aunt Debbie came downtown to EDD, and I will always treasure that last hug and kiss.
'Aunt Debbie',
Thank You so much for blessing me with your Friendship!
You will remain in my heart Always & Forever and Forever & Always...

Vero, JR and Family,
Auntie Debbie left us WAY TOO SOON, but I know we all have some great memories of her that we can keep very close to our heart. Like everyone hangin' out at grandmas house every Sunday after church, or kickin' it with her and uncle Jerry at the duplex by Lawrence Park. Most of all will be the memory of all the love she showed, I dont think I ever seen her without that wonderful smile on her face! We'll miss you auntie.
Give Grandma and Grandpa a very big hug and kiss, tell Randy and my uncle Luis to show you were the party's are. Then join them as they watch over us, until it becomes "our" time!
Vero and Jr - Just know we are here for you during this time.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Debbie, I remember the good old days, when we used to get together at Fonso's house, and did Kareoke, you used to like to sing Selena's songs and Mary Wells, I will always remember the good times we all shared as a family, and will always be grateful for how you took care of our mother, you also know how much my mom and dad loved you, so when you see them in heaven, give them a big kiss for me, please watch us from heaven, my whole family will miss you because we all love your sense of humor, we have a lot of wonderful memories of you, you will forever be in our hearts. You should also know that all your sisters and brothers in law have always loved you, also all nieces and nephews will alway remember playing softball in the team called Deb's Players, named after you because you were the coach. Jerry and your kids will be ok, because now they have one more Angel watching over them. You will forever be in our hearts.

My deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Debbie. It's been years since I've talked with Debbie but I will NEVER forget her Laughter. I can still see/hear you laughing today like it was yesterday. They say only the good die young and I know what a good person Debbie was. I can honestly say, the world is a much sadder place with the passing of our friend. Until we meet again.

Jr. & Veronica,
I know what you guys are going through & how it feels to lose your mother. I am so sorry for your loss, your mom was such a great person to be around. If you need anything we are always here for you!
*If Roses grow in Heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother's arms
and tell her they're from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there's an ache within my heart
that will never go away.
Don't think of her as gone away
Her journey's just begun
Life holds so many facets
This earth is only one
Just think of her as resting
From the sorrows and the tears
In a place of warmth and comfort
Where there are no days and years
Think how she must be wishing
That we could know, today
Now nothing but our sadness
Can really pass away
And think of her as living
In the hearts of those she touched
For nothing loved is ever lost
And she is loved so very much.*
