Sacramento, California - Denise Angela Rodriguez January 12th, 1957 of Sacramento California peacefully passed away June 9th, 2021 surrounded by her family at the age of 64. She was born to Rudolph and Gloria Martinez. Denise was proceeded in death by her husband James Rodriguez and father Rudolph Martinez. She is survived by her daughter Leah Gangl, son in law Michael Gangl, baby Elijah, mother Gloria Martinez, sisters Diane (Armondo), Darlene (Ron), Donna (Michael), brothers David and Donald. As well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Denise worked for the Department of Motor Vehicles for over 35 years, she loved and lived everyday for her family and dogs Rhino and Rocky. She was fun, loud, loved a good time and had a laugh you can hear a mile away. She was also very strong, independent and a true fighter in life, who will be loved and missed by many.
Services to be held at; St. Mary's Cemetery and Funeral Center 6509 Fruitridge Road, Sacramento CA. 95820. Viewing and Rosary; Tuesday July 6th 5:00-8:00pm. Catholic Mass; Wednesday July 7th 10:00am. In honor of Denise's favorite color please feel free to wear a little something red.

Aunt niece, it´s been almost 2 years and it hurts me even more today that you´re not here with us. So much has changed since you been gone. I miss talking to you, I wish I could just hear you voice. I love & miss you so much!

I worked at DMV with Denise for several years and also worked with sister Donna at Cailf. Apparel. Sending my prayers to the family with great sadness. She was a wonderful person, very funny and helpful in many ways.God be with you all.
