KRAL Jr., Dennis Lee
Entered into rest October 5, 2005 in Sacramento, CA at the age of 34 years. Born in Sacramento February 7, 1971. Survived by his children Dennis Lee Kral III and Devon Kral, his mother Margaret Shippen, father Dennis Lee Kral Sr., one brother Daniel Kral and best friend Misty James. Also survived by numerous other family members. He will be dearly loved and missed by all. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Friday, October 14, 2005 at 11:00 am at SUNSET LAWN CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES 4701 Marysville Blvd., Sacramento.

Was sitting here at work thinking of you and others in our family that have passed. Miss each and every one of you guys a lot. I miss the Sunday mornings you would bring Geno and me burritos for breakfast. Just off the hook. You would just come by see us with those burritos and they sure were good. Kept me from cooking that morning. Year after Year keep going by and I am still hanging in here. Nothing has really changed. Mackenzie is getting real big. She is 5 now and is just completing pre-kindergarten. I remember when you and Geno took the boat out that one day and he was about 2 hours late picking me up. That was about a week before you passed. I was so mad at both of you, but that was wrong. I am now glad that you both had the chance to go out and relax on the boat that day. I know Geno enjoyed it. Anyway, see ya when I get there. It has been six long years since you have been gone. You have joined many there, your cousin Clinton now has your company. Also, Many have joined you there, Your Uncles - Mike Kral, Tim Westbrook, and Randy Kral. You will never be alone there and we will all take that journey, some sooner than others, but we will be there with you. Even though it seems a long time, the years are really flying by. I seemed to have gotten old overnight, once I turned 48, that was like the end of everything, and now I am almost 53 and even older. Rest assured that you will never be forgotten as you are very much loved by all of us and your memories are with us everyday. You are in my life everyday, my memories of you.

Wanted to let you know that we miss you and think about you all the time. It's almost Christmas 2010; you have been gone over 5 years. This past year has not been a good one for our family at all. Your Uncle Mike went through bad times with his health and all and is no longer with us. It was a few days after he passed and we all were informed that your Uncle Timmie was in a coma. Well Timmie passed just nine days after Mike. October 2010 was not good. For some reason, I must have thought my brothers and sisters, at least, would be with us forever. Our family lost you and Clinton, and I figured that was way too many. The fact is -- not any of us are guaranteed anything when it comes our time, it is just that, as painful as it may be.
Earlier this year (2 separate incidents) a co-worker passed away -- unexpectedly - all of us at work were shocked. Just all of a sudden-gone, just like you. And then a month or 2 before Mike, Kathy, our friend around the corner from the duplex (Eric's partner) just fell over one day-gone. Like I said-unexpectedly. Eric was right there and there was nothing he could do for her. Heartbreaking. They were at our house the day before, happy as can be. No guarantees. Anyway, we will all be there--some sooner than others, but we will see you guys again. Thinking of you always and always,

Just wanted you to know, we haven't forgotten you, and we never will. All of us here at my house miss you a whole bunch. It is kind of weird cause I have been thinking about you lately. Maybe because of October 5, 2005. Four years ago. What a shock that was! Everything has been ok here, except Geno lost his brother Jack Lewis to cancer. That was also a shocker. Hey Denny: Just wanted to pop in again. Haven't written in a long time, but that does not mean I don't think about you. Last year was not a real good year for me and this year has not been a good one so far. 2007 brought us a new addition to the family. Tish had a baby girl - Mackenzie Ryan Elliott. She sure is a beautiful one. We call her Lovee. 2008 brought Hodgkins Lymphoma to me and I had to go through chemotherapy and radiation treatments. What hair I did not lose, I shaved off (bald) and it has grown some back, but not fast enough. The entire ordeal was not fun at all (actually it could have been worse). And now, 2009, brought an eviction due to foreclosure, a home purchase in Rio Linda and the problems that go with that. I can't say we all still have our health, because we all get sick every now and then. What I do know is that we all miss you very much and think about you all the time. Your Dad was over to see the new house a week or 2 ago. He looks pretty good. He has been through quite a few surgeries!
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that we do think about you and miss you.

Well today would have been your 36th birthday! It is kind of weird because this morning while I was getting ready for work, Geno and I were both talking about you, before I even realized it was your birthday! I didn't remember until I got here and checked my email and calendar, that I realized it was and we had already been talking and thinking of you early this morning. It has been a year now that you have left, and still we all think about you every day. Your name comes up (especially this past week) a lot in our daily conversations. Don't think we will ever forget you, nephew! I remember when you and Geno went boating at Folsom about a week before you left. He forgot to pick me up at work and I was hot! I got about halfway home, and here you guys come along, truck along with the boat! I was so mad. You knew I was so you just got in the back and kept your mouth shut. Now that I look back, I regret me being mad at either of you guys. I am so glad you got to go out in the boat with Geno. I know you enjoyed it! How dare me be mad! If you had not have went then, you would have never experienced riding in our boat! Anyway, we truly miss you. Your Dad and Mike went out in it with Geno yesterday. They ran out of gas in the middle of Folsom Lake. Called me at 8:00pm and told me they would probably be stuck out there all night! But they did not. They got home at about 9:45. The boat has some damage, but they got it out and home. I do not think Mike and your Dad want to go with Geno again! Was not a good time for them. Not any of them can see at night! What a sight! Anyway, we will never forget you, Denny.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above. Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight. Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone. As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on. I need you here badly; you're part of my plan. There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight. God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears. But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain. Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er. I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb; but together we can do it by taking one day at a time. It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too... that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain." And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile, knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind; I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free, remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Stopping in, to again let you know that you have not been forgotten! I know you are still here with us everyday, watching over all of us! I have felt your presence, and I know I am not imagining that! It seems like just yesterday that you were bringing over burritos for us and I would always be in a grouchy mood when I would get that knock at the door! I should never have been grouchy when you came over and I do apologize for that! If we could only change things, but we can't! Just learn from our experiences! We already miss you. You know, you don't realize how much family means, until one is suddenly gone! You meant a lot to us, Denny, more than we showed, cause we thought we would have you here forever. If I had known, I would have given you a big hug when I sold that wedding ring set to you, that was the last time I saw or spoke to you. I know you came by Tuesday night, but I stayed in my room. I should have come out and talked to you and gave you a big hug! No more burritos and corndogs on Sunday mornings. You must have known we would wake up hungry, cause there you would be on the doorstep with burritos and corndogs for your Aunt Di and Geno. We might not have showed you, but everyone of us cared for you and are deeply saddened by your sudden passing. Check up on Clinton and your Grandparents, and do find Tisha's friend Jesse, and let him know her and Danny are fine! Also, send us some kind of sign. I will be looking. Anyway, one day we will all meet again, and that will be one heck of a day! We will always remember you and love you.
