We are so saddened and shocked to hear of Dennis' passing. He was like family to all of us. Too many years have passed since the last time we saw Dennis. Although it has been more than 30 years since we saw him at our family's home, not a day goes by without some funny memory of him coming to mind. Dennis holds a special place in our hearts and that will never change. We have always loved him and hope your wonderful memories of him will assist you through this extremely difficult time. To the Wurster Family, With Deepest Sympathy. It was such a shock learning of the untimely passing of Dennis. It's been so many years since some of us have seen him. However, I too can still see that iluminating smile he gave from the heart so freely as I think of him. A friend of our family and a gradeschool friend of my brother Gene's. Dennis was just like a brother to me as he would often tease me and joke with me. He always had me laughing. I remember him telling me his nickname was "rooster". He loved that name. He will be greatly missed.
May the Love of God be with you all and help you to walk through your season of grieving. The Gillilands, Dave & Karon, of Placerville, CA; Gene of CH, Eileen (Mom) of CH

To the entire Wurster family: I’m so sorry for your loss. Dennis was one of a kind and you couldn’t help but love him. I can remember meeting him for the first time at a party in your Mom’s backyard – talk about ever lasting first impressions! I know we’ll all remember the good times with Dennis - camping, four wheeling, baseball and of course lots of partying.

Ed, John, Bryan and Cherie: I was so shocked to hear about Dennis passing. Please know that my heart goes out to all of you during this time of grieving. Dennis was the best friend I had in high school. He and I would always walk to the bus stop together each day. He always was playing jokes on the kids and my sisters Julie and Lisa. I will always hold good memories of the times we spent together, as neighbors and friends. Please accept my deepest sympanthy during this time. Linda (Zeller) Kalb
