Don was a friend, mentor and boss. He taught me how to be an ethical and responsible attorney.
At his request I taught Tooper how to make Italian pasta sauce. We had many laughs over the years.
He will be missed.

Don will be greatly missed. I had the privilege of being Don’s friend and law partner. He was a highly skilled litigator. One of the best. But more importantly he was an ethical, moral man with a devotion to family values. While he did not suffer fools gladly he was kind to all. Jana and I offer our condolences and prayers to Tooper and the boys.
