To the Andrews Family,
My husband, Carlos and I purchased our coral Mercury Mystique at the end of December, 1995. I had the car for almost ten years and always had it serviced at your dealership. Jovo, Darren, Stan and Henry, who sold us the car, were always honest and kind. When I used to call and Mrs. Andrews answered the phone I always knew her voice and liked speaking to Esther or her. I was saddened when your father passed away. My husband passed away the year after your father and when the seat broke on my Mystique I returned to you and now have a Mercury Sable. Bob and Henry sold it to me. Your mother was a charming, gracious woman and even though I never knew her socially I know the pain that you must all be feeling.
Cordially, Lynn S. Brown
