MITCHELL, Eddie T.
'Mitch'
Born on May 1, 1933 in Port Arthur, Texas. Went to Heaven on October 24, 2012, in Sacra- mento, California surrounded by the love of his family. Loving husband of Ellen for 57 years. Cherished father of Nathan (Denise) Mitchell, Nicole Murphy, Darius (Jamie) Jackson and Trevor Mitchell. Adored grandfather of 9. Mitch retired from the US Air Force after over 20 years of duty serving in Vietnam and Korea. He was a member of Elk's Lodge #6 and will be remembered for his beautiful voice and love of singing karaoke. Services will be private. Arrangements by George L. Klumpp Chapel of Flowers.

Sry to hear of my cousin,totally shocked. Had tried several times to contact him. We spent many wonderful years together, grammar school thru High school,& thereafter. Even as cousins he was my escort many times, A great guy and such a gentleman, Both born in Port Arthur. My sisters were close with Marcel as well. Mitch I'm going to miss you. You always went out of your way to say hello to me everytime you came into the store and you always made my day. I was shocked when I heard about your passing it just broke my heart because you were one of my favorite customers. May you rest in peace..my condolences goes out to your family.
