Edward Latin

LATIN, Edward
Died on January 5, 2007 in Sacramento, California at age 75. He was born on February 26, 1931 in New York, New York. Edward served two years in Army Engineering Intelligence in Germany, getting invaluable engineering experience. After serving, he went on to earn a B.S.M.E. from C.C.N.Y. in 1960. Shortly thereafter he went to work for Aerojet General Corporation designing valves for the Apollo lunar landings. After he left Aerojet, he was employed by Space Research Corporation, which took him to all ends of the world for international sales during which he met many prominent world leaders. Simultaneously, Edward was investing in Real Estate in and around Sacramento. This became his life's passion. During his 30 year career, he built many projects within the community such as the Sunrise Retirement Villa in Roseville, California and the Coyle Medical Building in Carmichael, California. His love for real estate continued up until the day he passed away. A Celebration of his life was held January 8, 2007 at Home of Peace. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Nancy; his two sons Jay and Todd, and daughter Susan. He will be missed deeply by a multitude of friends and family.
