Sending sincere condolences to the Ziegler family. As a Registered Nurse, I was fortunate enough to care for "Mr. Ziegler" (that's what he wanted to be called) for several years. We had the wonderful gift of time. Time to talk and time to laugh. He loved that Million Dollar Cake that Helen made him for his birthday. We talked about his love for those dollar slots at Thunder Valley. We talked about his garden. Most of all, his words always revealed his deep love for his family. It was a true honor and privilege to be his nurse. He will remain one of my all time favorite patients. Much love to all.

my sympathy at the loss of your father. The Ziegler family are very special to me, your Aunt Shirley was my childhood friend, we went all through grade school and high school together and when I went to their house for an overnight with Shirley your dad was a pest and loved to tease!!! Does that sound familiar? God Bless the family of Ernie and Mary. My love to all.

My thoughts are with all the family of Ernie. I grew up in the same farm area as did Ernie and all his siblings I was a freshman in HS and he was a senior . He was always so kind and caring and sort of like a big brother and looked out for me. Many memories of the Ziegler family. Love to you all. Noel,Dick, Hedrick
