She always liked to argue with my dad about politics. Showed us a great time when we visited her in 2000.

Dearest Kathy--my dear friend how sad I was to hear of Flossie's passing, and know what a faithful daughter and true you were to her to the very last minute of her breath. She enjoyed a full life filled with love, joy and sadness, too but colored by her travels and her art. Her art endures in my home bringing some of her vitality and talent to my life, too. However, I shall always think of Flossie in terms of her strength and survival as seen by her playing bridge almost to the end--oh! I would have loved to hear those ladies bidding-what fun they had! Flossie was so fortunate to have you at her side loving her to the end, she was never alone always bathed in a daughter's love. Free spirit that she was lives on in memory, in her fine art and in your heart. Gone but not forgotten.

Dearest Kathy,
I have no words to tell you how sorry I am for your loss and wish I could do something to take the hurt away. Kathy, I hope that peace and comfort find you during this difficult time. I hope all the fond memories heal the hole in your heart, this has been a long and difficult road. Stay strong and know you are very much loved. Always, Pinky

Dear Kathy, My deepest condolences to you. I love the work I have of Flossie's hanging in my house and am so thankful to her for having had such a wonderful daughter who is so special to me. May you live happily in her memory with comfort that she lived a long and full life and is now reunited with your dad. All my love, Nicole

Thinking of you Kathy - I have a painting in my hallway your mom gave to mine, long ago when they were pink ladies together at Mercy San Juan Hospital. It's a painting of seagulls and I know she is flying free and high!
