I met Francine through her sisters Marolyn and Carolyn. She babysat for me in her teen years. She was so kind and responsible..
I haven´t seen her in years but I often think of her.

I worked many years with Francine at the Department of Corrections. To this day I still have a Sylvester tissue holder she made me. Always the sweetest person who care about others. My sincere condolences.
