Frank Willard Smith Sr.

June 4, 1928 - March 13, 2025

Rio Linda, California - Frank Willard Smith, Sr, passed away peacefully in his sleep. He was 96 years young. Frank is survived his daughters: Carolyn (Larry), Brenda (Steve), Glenda, and son, Frank jr., 6- grandchildren, 7-great grand children and 1-great-great grandson. Predeceased by his loving wife, of 59 years, Nancy, oldest daughter Denise, and youngest son John. Frank was born and raised in Stockton, CA, to Frank and Ida Smith. Frank had one sister, Lois Jean. Frank was a proud veteran who served his country in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. Frank was a proud business owner in the Sacramento area for over 65 years, most recently doing business as "Rent-Rite the Party People". Frank will always be remembered for his love of all animals and his love and devotion to his family. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request that donations be made in his memory to SPCA. A celebration of Frank's life will take place on Saturday, May 31,2025 at the "American Legion Hall" in Rio Linda, CA, from 2-5 p.m.
