I just want to say, that George left a lasting impression with me. The few times I got to see him at family functions, and the few times we talked over the phone when he'd call my husband Gene, was truly a blessing. He lifted me up emotionally- he always praised our kids, and it saddens me that he has left us. I pray God will bring comfort and healing to his family.

How shocking it has been to learn of George's passing. Our family has known the Zevgolis family for what seems like forever, and each family has endured so very much...I send at this time to both the Zevgolis family; as well as George's wife Melissa a prayer and "HUG" may you find some peace during such a sad time.

If we never meet again
This side of Heaven
If I never see your smiling face
I wonder will you pray for me

Just like one Christian for another
You pray for me and I'll pray for you
And we'll share each other burden
The way good Christians alt to do

For there is a land up yonder
We'll rise up in days like these
There we'll meet in Glory
And I hope to meet you there

I can almost see the pearly gates
I can almost see the angels
In the air I hear the angels sing
And they are singing for you and me.

God Bless and protect from John and Annie Graves

George and I were extremely close and my memories with him were always about our fondness of love for motorcycles and how truely blessed we are to have beautiful women on our side( who just happen to be cousins)! There was nothing but great times with us and cant even recollect even one single dispute between us about anything!!! He was great in every way and I can search the world over and not find another any where even close to the genuine friend and family member he was to me!! I love you my brother and THANK YOU for your friendship!!!!

God rest His soul so that I may see him again on the other side!!!!

George and I met at Oaklawn Bowl and little did I know that one day he would meet my dear cousin Melissa and marry her. What a double luck for us! Friend then family. Never once did I see George that he wasn't smiling and laughing. Up in Heaven I bet he is introducing alot of people to all of his talents and telling them "It's a good thing" his famous last quote! :) We will miss George and my thoughts and prayers are with his whole family, including ours. Love,

Paul Zevgolis

To George's family,
We are sorry to hear about George. He was a good guy and our father always spoke highly of him. I think they had some kind of bond -- perhaps because they shared the same name or were in some ways kindred spirits. I remember at one of the Zevgolis family reunions (the one where Alan gave a bike ride to my daughter), Dad and George sat talking the entire time, obviously enjoying themselves. It's a good memory we will keep of them both.

With deepest sympathy,
Paul and Kaori Zevgolis

Melissa I am so sorry to hear about George. He was truly a good person. He always made me laugh and feel like a part of the family. He will surely be missed, but we know to be absent from the body means to be present with the Lord and what greater place is there. I pray that God will comfort you in the days to come.
