Elk Grove, California - Gregory Douglas Mutz, age 74, passed away on September 11th, 2022.
Greg is survived by his wife of 26 years, Melissa Mutz (Ashman), daughters and their spouses: Delilah Mutz, Mindy and Joseph Zimmer, Catherine and Blake Sorrell, brother, Thomas Mutz, and grandchildren: Maxwell Zimmer, Audrey Zimmer, and Lauren Sorrell.
Greg was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Mutz, and his parents, Robert and Delores Mutz (Cromer).
Greg was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and lived most of his life in Elk Grove, California. He attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and was a lifelong Husker fan. Greg was a hardworking and skilled craftsman, who dedicated much of his life to his career in construction.
Greg's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. A private service will be held at a later date.

I remember riding in 1966 356 porsche it was his trophy car he loved driving it ken martens miss himm we had good times 1974

We were so saddened to recently learn about Greg. We worked with him for many years and know he will be greatly missed. He was really a great guy.
