Gustavo Curiel Obituary
Of Sacramento, Ca passed on February 19, 2007 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico at the age of 44. Born in Atenguillo, Mexico. He was a Yuba-Sutter and Sacramento resident for the past 35 years. He was a 1981 graduate of Live Oak High School and later graduated from The California Culinary Acadamy of Napa in 1994. He was a vibrant fun loving person whose greatest joys were spending time with and cooking for his family and friends. He will be missed dearly and is survived by his parents Felix and Clementina Curiel of Live Oak, Ca., His partner John Ballenger of Sacramento, Ca., His five brothers Humberto Curiel, Abraham Curiel and Salvador Curiel of Live Oak, Ca., Roque Curiel of Roseville, Ca., Joe Curiel of Rocklin, Ca., Two sisters, Hilda Reyna and Lydia Hovey of Live Oak, Ca., twelve nieces, four nephews and many uncles and aunts. Friends are invited to attend a service at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond Street, Yuba City, Ca. on Saturday March 3rd at 11:00 a.m.
