Iris M. Cochlan

COCHLAN, Iris M. Iris M. Cochlan was born April 10, 1937, died Oct 8, 2014. She was a loving sister to Bryan, Timmy, Mike and Terry Cochlan, a wonderful aunt to all her nieces and nephews and the fairy godmother to all the children in El Macero. She was born in Canada and moved to California where she subsequently established Cochlan Associates a property management company. Ms. Cochlan later became Sr. Vice President of EBMC, where she managed the regional offices located in Sacramento. Iris is past president of the Institute of Real Estate Management, (IREM) Sacramento Valley Chapter. She served as a member of the California Architects board from 2005-2012. She was an active member of the Metro Soroptimists of Sacramento and a dedicated member of the Salvation Army's Womens Auxiliary. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Sacramento Chapter of the Salvation Army or Soroptomist Metropolitan of Sacramento. A Celebration of Life will be held at 44265 Greenview Drive, El Macero on Thursday, October 16 from 2pm to 6pm.
