So sad to hear a long time neighbor has passed. Jim was so kind to me many years ago by installing a security light over my garage door. Then when I tried to pay him he wouldn't take any money. I know he is going to be missed by us long timers in the neighborhood. Peace to you Jim, and my sincere condolences to his family and friends.
