James Puff Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to a loving husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, and uncle. Jim Puff, age 68, passed away after a courageous battle with congestive heart failure on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30th 2016. Jim was born on December 15th, 1947 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Violet and Arthur Puff. He served in the Air Force which brought him to Sacramento where he raised his family. He had many successful career endeavors in mortgage banking which led to his founding of Tele Direct Call Centers in 1988. Aside from being a successful business man, Jim was a dear friend and family member to many. He leaves behind his wife, Celia, mother, Violet, daughters Jamei Cales and Kristen Puff, Son-in-law, David Cales, and grandchildren, Braden and Elle Cales as well as many dear friends. Rest in Peace my love. A celebration of life will be held for family and friends on Saturday, June 11th. If you wish to attend please email [email protected].

Dear Celia,
So sorry to hear about Jim's passing. Charleen and I will be in attendance next Saturday. We have shared some great times. Jim was one of a kind. I am still often reminded of the party we through at the Vizcaya. Who else but Jim would send limos to pick up our wholesale clients. Bob and Charleen.

Dear Family, Please accept my condolences for your loss. THis is probably a strange question, but I was stationed with Jim Puff in Thule, Greenland years ago while in the AF. When transferred to McClellan years later, the first house I bought was thru Jim. The picture looks fiamiliar, but "age" changes us all. Are you able to tell me if this is the Jim that I knew and was stationed with? Thank you for your time. my email is: [email protected]

Dear Celia,
I was shocked to read of Jim's demise. Haven't seen him or you in some time, but think of you often. He was definitely too young for this to happen. The PUFF will be missed. Hope to see you and the family next Saturday. Coleman Dukes
