Just wanted to say how sadden I am to hear about Janet's passing, I was her classmate all the way from the CP Huntington Days through CKM, grew up in the neighborhood also. I remember her as quiet, smart and kind. My mother knew both her parents and we would stop by to say hello every once in awhile too. My deepest sympathies go out to her family and her girls. Us old time friends and aquaintances are all keeping you and your family in our prayers and are deeply sadden by your loss.

I was saddened to hear about Janet's passing, she was a staple in the Director's office at CDSS for many years, loved and respected by all! I since retired and feel sad that I didn't stay in touch more. My love and condolences go to Janet's family.

I am so shocked and disheartened to learn of Janets' passing. I grew up in the Mangan Park neighborhood along with my sisters. We have know the Nyquist's, Janet and her sibs for many years. We were also roommates for a brief time in the 80's. I think of her as a "gentle giant". She was always kind to everyone, gorgeous and just seemed to have a peacefulness about her. Glad to know that she & Tuti married and had a family. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

I will never forget Janet. I worked and learned a lot from her during my seven years at Social Services. My memory of her will be of the time the two of us spent in Las Vegas and the one show I talked her into attending. We had fun. Even though I have not had recent contact with her, I will miss her dearly.

My Condolences to all of Janet's beloved family and friends. I met Janet about 6 years ago when I was a member of the computer team that worked on a system she used at her desk. I will always remember her to be so diligent and efficient, and also, caring, thoughtful and considerate of everyone around her. My Strength and Thoughts to all.

I met Janet when I first came to work at CDSS in 2001. Through a close working relationship, a very close personal friendship grew. I feel honored and blessed that Janet counted me among her friends. My heart will remember each lunch, dinner, and special event shared over the years. I am deeply sorry for your loss - Janet will be missed by many. God bless you all each and every day...
