Janet Goldstein Obituary

GOLDSTEIN, Janet
Our beautiful Mother, Janet Goldstein, (GaGa), passed away on July 19, 2009, 93 years young. Her gorgeous smile, her infectious laugh, and the extreme joy she got from her growing family, is what we will all remember. She viewed life through "Rose Colored Glasses" and reflected that attitude. Whenever we feel the warm sun on our faces we will "see" her boating on the Bay, asleep in her "puka" at the Royal, and most recently, enjoying the Garden at the Chateau at River's Edge. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Burton. She is survived by her daughters, Barrie (Bill) Taraday, Gail (Ron) Hart, and son-in-law Jerry Gutterman; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Patricia) Taraday, Julie (Gretchen) Taraday, Jamie (John) Edelen, Michael (Brianne) Gutterman, and nine great-grandchildren.
We Love you Mom.
Enjoy the sun!
Friends are invited to attend a service at 1pm on Monday, July 27 at Sinai Memorial Chapel, 1501 Divisadero St., San Francisco, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
