Jesus TORRES Obituary
TORRES, Jesus Trujillo
Passed away peacefully on June 08, 2014 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 94. He is survived by Esther Torres his loving wife of 67 years, and children; Linda Schaldach (Robert), David Torres (Jean), Sandra Tovar (Rogelio), Yolanda Torres, Marco Torres (Juli), Catalina Haynes (Jerry), and Christopher Torres (Keley). He leaves 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his son Victor Torres, grandson Michael Lowry and granddaughter Amanda Smith. Jesus was born on April 2,1920 in La Barca, Jalisco, Mexico. He worked as a machine operator at Campbell Soup Company for 30 years and also pursued his passion as an auto mechanic. He will be missed for his warmth, his love of nature and adventure, and his wonderful life stories that were told with passion and humor. His devotion to his wife and family are his legacy. A Celebration of Life honoring Jesus Torres will be held on Sunday June 22, 2:00PM at Sierra 2 Center, 2791 24th St. Sacramento, CA 95818.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to the Folsom Zoo Sanctuary or a Wildlife.Org of your choice.

I will certainly cherish the road trip to La Barca with his son David. Jessie was able to visit his entire family in both La Barca and Guadalajara. A true gentleman and respectful father. Some precious times smoking a cigar and re-living his past. Thank you Jessie for your friendship and love.

I heard about Mr.Torres through Chris in class. I've known Chris for a few years. Chris has always had caring and genuine demeanor and I could tell that his grandfather meant a lot to him. I hope that your family can come together and cherish the loving moments with Mr.Torres.
