Rest in peace John. I have loved you for 36 years and will for the rest of my life. Thank you for being my boy friend when we were in our 20s. That was a great time. Sometimes I'm sorry that I didn't wait for you to return from the Peace Corps, but I'm happy to know that your life included almost all of the travel and adventures that could be imagined. I so enjoyed our reconnection this past year and only wish it could have been for longer. I'm thankful that your leaving us resulted in my reconnecting with your loving family. Much love, Susan

John was a brilliant man, and more importantly a good man. He fully embraced the ethic of helping those in need. He also had a deep appreciation of the beauty of nature. With deepest respect and condolences for his family, we sadly say goodbye and remember a life well lived.

I was stunned and saddened to see of John's passing. I knew him for over 20 years and always thought highly of him. He will be missed.
