Jonathan Manuel Pyle

Pyle, Jonathan Manuel 38, Passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, after courageously confronting and battling end-stage liver disease for the past 9 months. Jon was born in Santa Rosa, California on July 29, 1976. While still a young child, his family moved to Orangevale, California and made their home there for the years to follow. He graduated from Casa Roble High School in 1994 and American River College in 2007. He met his wife, Corrine, in junior high 27 years ago; they started dating in 1999 and finally tied the knot 11 years ago in 2003. In December 2011, Jon and his wife moved to Oklahoma City mostly for a "change of pace" but also to be near some of his wife's family. When people asked why he moved to OKC, he would always reply, "because of the great weather". Jon spent many, many years in radio- from production to on-air talent. He also spent a few years in the banking industry, until he found his final passion in the employee benefits field. No matter what the occupation - he just wanted to help people through their situations and strived to make people laugh. Jon loved music.beyond belief. It was a mutual love that he and his wife shared on a daily basis- it exaggerated every victory in life and softened every tragedy. He also loved the outdoors, could not get enough Mexican food, absorbed random trivia like he was breathing air, and for some reason, relentlessly supported the Cubs. He is survived by his wife, Corrine; his parents, Ronald and Norma (in CA); his brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Dawn (in CA); his wife's sister and brother-in-law, Amee and Eric (in HI); his wife's parents, Hank and Melinda (in CA), and his loving nieces and nephews: Brieann, Makaley, Kaitlin, Luke, Samuel, and Timothy.
