West Sacramento, California - Villanueva, Joseph entered into eternal rest December 10, 2022 in his West Sacramento residence at the age of 74 years. He is survived by his sister Frances Villanueva and her children, Mario, Richard & Felicia Rosales and several nieces & nephews including Helen, Anita & Bobby Rodriquez, Jimmy Barragan, Lalo & Annie Vigil and his extended family, Jesse & Doll Cruz. Preceded in death by his sister Consuelo "Connie" Vigil. Visitation hours will be Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a 6:00 P.M. Vigil all at River Cities Funeral Chapel, 910 Soule St., West Sacramento. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday, January 13, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Grace Church, 911 Park Blvd., West Sacramento, CA followed by interment at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon with military honors.
