Joyce Upton Obituary
Our beautiful Joyce has left us on this earth, August 8, 2005. She has gone to heaven, where one day we will all see her again and when we do she will greet us with her beautiful and loving smile that she gave to all who knew her. She shared her love with all of us and there are no words that can describe the love she taught and shared. She was the best friend, lover, and wonderfully perfect wife to Hugh (Pete) for the last 53 years. The love they had has inspired us all. She will forever be the love of Pete's life. Joyce, you never knew the extent you touched so many lives, you will be missed more than you could have imagined. Joyce is survived by the love of her life and adoring husband, Hugh (Pete) Upton and their children: Amy & Joe Montano, Marilyn Delgado, Ferol Upton-Esquivido, Robert Esquivido, Hughie & Geann Upton. Her grandchildren: AmyJo, Veronica, Erin, Joey, Nathan, Sarah, Daniel, Vanessa, Maya, Hugh Dale & Taylor. Her extended grandchildren: Wendy, Tom, Eric, Jon, Andrea, Lana, Casey, Ryan & Chrissy. Her great grandchildren: Brittney, Arreall, Jordan, Elizabeth, Maceo, Faith, Alicia, Savannah, Jadyn, Mahayla, Joey & 2 more on the way! She is also survived by her loving sister Karen, her best friend of 56 years Beth, and several nieces, nephews, and friends. Joyce, we all love you and miss you already, you will forever be in all of our hearts. Memorial Services will be held Saturday August 13, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. Located at Radiant Life Church, 7710 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95823 (916) 681-2800.

I would like to pass on my sympathy to the Upton family for your loss. I was an old neighbor to the Uptons many years ago and grew up with Marilyn, Amy, Ferol and Hughie on Encinal Avenue. I will always remember your mother as a very nice and gracious lady.
