My 5th grade teacher, 97, and my brothers 92. She always remembered us and I saw her a lot actually, always remembered my name. One of my alltime favorite teachers! :(

We know there is much pain in loosing those we love so much. My wife and I find much comfort in these words, - "And he will wipe out every tear from there eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." - Revelation 21:4
We are thinking about you and your family during this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Karen's loved ones at this painful time. Remember to look for her in the breeze, the birds and the sunrise! I had the pleasure of working with Karen at Westmore Oaks and routinely found her lost keys for her =) May she rest now.

Thank you Pat, for sharing your beautiful wife with us over these years as a great neighbor, a wonderful teacher to our children, and a dear friend. I loved helping out in her classroom and on field trips, and had fun year after year helping with her projects like the birdhouses. Between Karen and Francie Mesquita, I was in tears laughing at their sharp wit always! God blessed Karen with a loving family to send her off to the arms of Jesus Christ. She loved you, her family, all so much, and shared it with me and the pride she took in being part of your lives! May God continue to bless you through your life changing event, and strengthen you daily in love and peace. David Garlinger
