I have never met a more beautiful, gracious and enlightened woman. I was blessed to share memorable times with Katherine discussing world events, history, literature, education and eating and dancing the night away, which we did just last year. At my 60th birthday party, she read a poem to me that took my breath away. May her beautiful, incomparable soul rest in eternal Peace.

My deepest condolences to the crowder family. In the short few years I have known Katherine, she has had such an impact on my life. From our in depth talks of many subjects, to the dancing in the living room I will never forget you as you or your family. So glad I was welcomed with open arms into your family. Much love and many blessings to you and the Crowder family.

To the Crowder Family,
I have known Kathy for many years, she was very dear to me. We spent time together last when some of us went country line dancing. It was fun and was able to spend time with Kathy and Muriel.
She was always special to me, and my thoughts are with the family.

Please accept my heartfelt condolence to the Crowder Family. What a powerhouse! Mrs. Crowder, as she commanded we call her, taught those of us who were fortunate to be in advance English Class at Don Julio Jr High School in the 70's about self-respect and respect for others. She was true to high academic standards and expected even more. You had to be truly exceptional to get an A in any of her classes and I can proudly say I earned those A's and her respect. I was so relieved when I saw her American River then again at CSU, Sacramento. She will always be Mrs. Crowder to me and an instrumental influence on the successes in my life.

Kathy,
I so appreciated your kind and gracious spirt. It was a blessing to meet you and perform with you years ago at CSUS. I was really young at the time and you were so kind and such a wonderful role model. I, Thank You and for continuing to support my performances and the arts through the many years that have followed. I pray you are resting in heavenly peace and your family is comforted and blessed. I am grateful for the parts of the journey that we shared.
