Kenneth CLARIDGE Obituary



CLARIDGE, Kenneth C.
Ken passed away peacefully at his home in Antelope surrounded by family, on March 3, 2014. He will be dearly missed by his loving and longtime companion, Connie Porter, and children; Garrett (Merrisa) Claridge and Chanai Hutchings. He now rejoins his beloved parents the late John & Leota Claridge. He is also survived by his siblings and their families, Miki Smith, Denise Steed and Candace Lane. He was a proud grandfather of Sienna and Prescott Claridge and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He is also cherished by extended family throughout CA, ND, OK, FL, WA and VA. He will also be missed by his beloved dog, 'Bear'. A native of Bismark, ND, he was a 14 year resident of Antelope. He enjoyed golf, fishing, gardening, music and dancing, dogs and mostly being with family and friends. Friends are welcome to attend a Rosary/Memorial Service at W.F. Gormley & Sons, 2015 Capitol Ave. on Thursday (3/6). PLEASE CALL THE FUNERAL HOME AT 916-443-6513 FOR SERVICE TIME. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor and positive outlook on life.

I didn't know Ken well but I truly enjoyed talking with him. I immediately realized he was a very kind and gentle soul with a great sense of humor. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

To the Claridge Family and Connie - Ken was one of the good ones and taken too soon! It is tough to loose anyone under any circumstances, but he will be remembered not for his loss, but for what it was that he has given. His spirit will live on in all our hearts. Good bye Cuz!
