I dont know what to say I am so heart broken right now finding of his passing. K.A. baby sat me and my brother every Saturday night when me and my brother were children. He would bring us pizza and icecream then he would sit and watch Saturday night live with his bottle of wine. I will never forget his laugh it is ringing in my head right now.
He had no problem helping my father with any project he had to tackle. Especially electrical. He had no problem helping me with my math work also. I will never forget this car he had. I think it was a barracuda. I could talk about years of memories for a couple of pages. I will never forget this person and me and my siblings will remember him always. Rest in peace Mcdonald. Thats what we called him when we were kids. I will walk my kids on the ceiling in memory of him. Well only for a couple of steps cause i have to stand on a chair. Love you K.A.!!

Allen was a member of our wine tasting group and a valued friend. His "disappearance" from our activities was shortly after his move to Lodi - it unfortunately took a while to realize something more than a longer drive was responsible. Memories are of many glasses of red, visits to wineries and long discussions on virtually any topic imaginable. He was a fixture at twice a month wine tastings and at our parties. Allen is sorely missed.

Allen and I shared our mutual friend, Nell Sanborn's house, when I had to be in Sacramento during the time I did tax returns there. Sometimes we would never see each for 3 days due to the sequence of hours. He stayed up late and I left early. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. We did share a few glasses of good wine thanks to his ability to pick the best.
I have often wondered about where he would settle after Nell's death. I wish I had called him and kept in touch.
I am truly sorry about your loss.

We remember you stopping by every Christmas and taking a picture with the kids as they grew and caught up with you in height! We will have a toast with a glass of red wine in memory of you on Christmas this year. You fixed too many things to mention over the 30+ years!
