CROSS, Kerby Allen
Our friend, brother and son, Kerby Allen Cross, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at his home in Manteca, CA. Kerby has left an indelible impression on all who met and knew him. His immediate family, mother Sharon, father Larry, sisters Kim and Juli, brother Shawn and all of his five beautiful nieces will carry on his love and laughter. For all his accomplishments, Kerby was most passionate about giving back, both to friends, family and to his community. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Volunteers of America ( www.voa.org), The Effort of Sacramento ( www.theeffort.org/memorial_donations.htm), or CARES ( www.caresclinic.org) in his honor. Kerby will be forever missed.

Hey Goob, it's been a while since I visited this site wow how time flys. I am heading up to the WSU vs Arizona game for homecoming. Thinking of our great times there and our many road trips home from Pullman first to the Tri Cities then I would go on to Prosser. Love you and miss you my Brother.

Missing you extra right now Funny how you are always on our minds and a part of our conversations. Just yesterday we were in your favorite store and commented how you would have loved a candle. We all laughed and agreed. Mom said do you think he knows we think about home so often, I replied yes - because he´s right here with us. They say time heals, I am not sure I agree with that. It gets different with time but I don't feel healed. My heart hurts everyday for you. I miss your warm hugs and beautiful smile. Happy birthday brother! I spent the day thinking about you and your infectious smile & laugh wishing you were here. Today would have been your 50th Birthday Son. My heart is breaking that you aren't here to celebrate it. They say time heals all, but I guess there hasn't been enough time yet. I miss you so. Kerby was my Pledge Brother at WSU. He lived in the Tri Cities and I lived in Prosser so we used to ride back and forth together to WSU. We grew up together in college from boys to young men. We had so many fun times, he was a great guy and a good friend. He will always be my Brother. Phi Alpha Goob we love you.

I can't believe Kerby is gone. I have so many great memories of him from Wazzu. He was a great friend who always made me laugh on our road trips to Tri-Cities (God's country as Kerb called it). Rest in peace my good friend. I will miss you. My prayers go out to Kim, and Kerby's family.
