Koki ABE Obituary
ABE, Koki Sam
Born on September 3, 1921, in Sacramento, Koki passed away peacefully with his family at his side on December 19, 2011. Preceded in death by his parents, Jitsumi and Masuyo Abe, and siblings, Kiyono Nakamura, Bunshi Abe, Reiko Oshita, and Yoji Abe. He is survived by his loving wife Misao and children Lynn Sunahara (Dennis), Kathy Miiko Fujii (Glenn), and Edwin Abe (Nancy). Beloved grandfather of Ryan Sunahara (Amy), Darren Sunahara, Brad Fujii, Kyle Fujii, and Kristen Abe. He also leaves behind siblings Masaye Tamano, Tadao Abe (Betty), June Kawamura (Harry), brother-in-law George Nakamura and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to the memorial service on December 27, 2011, at 1:00 pm at the Sacramento Buddhist Church at 2401 Riverside Blvd., Sacramento, CA.
