Orangevale, California - LeRoy (Lee, Babe) Risberg was born on 9/10/1939 in Rugby, N.D. and passed away on 7/27/2023 in Orangevale, Ca.
The youngest of 16 children born to Hjalmer Risberg and Edith McFarland, he was raised in DePue, Ill.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline; children, Julie (Matt) Goodell, Melissa Risberg; grandchildren, Christian (Jenny) Ruiz, Kenzie and Colin Goodell; brothers, Doug, Duane; sister, Darlene; and many nieces and nephews.
He was a big sports fan of baseball, football, basketball, golf, boxing, bowling, excelling in baseball and basketball in his youth.
He requested that no services be held.
