Loretta Virgen Gomes Obituary

Sacramento, California - Loretta Alice Virgen Gomes passed away at home peacefully, surrounded by her family on July 17, 2022, she was 81. She was born to Eligio Castro Virgen and Elena Garcia Virgen. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Arthur Gomes.
She is survived by her 5 children, Anna SooHoo (Gerry SooHoo), Arthur Gomes Jr, Vincent Gomes, Loretta Barreno (Raymond Barreno) and Ruth Gomes. She leaves behind her 11 grandchildren, Selena, Jessica, Irene, Art, Melissa, Vincent Jr., Steven, Priscilla, Silas, Vanessa and Stephan Jr. And 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and extended family. She worked for Campbell Soup Co. for over 25 years. At the age of 65 Loretta dedicated her life to Jehovah God and was baptized on May 6th, 2006.
Memorial Service is on August 6 2022 at 4 p.m. The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 9539 Foulks Ranch Drive Elk Grove 95758

Keith and I send our deepest sympathy for the loss of your beautiful mom. We only knew her a short time but could clearly see she was such a loving and caring person. I know you and your family hearts will hurt for now but we know as she knew you will be reunited shortly in Jehovahs new world to come. We love you and will have you and your family in our prayers.
