Lorraine Flumer Obituary
Born December 17, 1918 in Sutter Creek, CA, passed away November 22, 2009 in Sacramento, CA at the age of 90. Less than one month prior to her 91st birthday. Beloved wife of Jack Flumer of 43 years. Predeceased in death by her husband, Jack and infant daughter, Joyce. Also predeceased by her parents, James William and Beatrice (Trixie) Morrow, 6 brothers, Byrom (age 7), Edwin (age 17), William (Edith J) ,Rufus (Noreen only survivng sister in law), Bobby (Gladys), sister Harriet (Shirley). Also survived by nephews James Clemens (Judy), nieces Judy Post (Edward deceased) Diane Van Dien (Casper (Van) Sr.), nephew Bill Morrow, nephew Jeff
(Barbara (Bobbi)) Marx. Suvived by great niece
Erin Perrin (Greg) and grand niece Peyton, great nieces Sudi (Tomas) grand nephew Van and Kristen (Jason) grand nephew Galvan. and great nephew Casper Van Dien (Catherine Oxenburg) and grand nephew Casper III, grand nieces India Oxenburg, Gracie, Maya and Celeste Van Dien. Lorraine retired from the Bank of America after a rewarding career as a Bank Teller from the Oak Park branch. She enjoyed traveling with Jack to Spain and many trips in and about California and Nevada. In retirement she was very active in her church, St. John's Luthern Church, 17th and L Sts, Sacramento in which she was an active member for 50 years. Lorraine will be greatly missed by many friends and relatives and will be loved by all that knew her. A memorial service will be held at Eaat Lawn Memorial Chapel Saturday, November 28th at 2:00 p.m., 43rd and Folsom Blvds. Rememberences in Lorraine's name may be made to the St. John's Church fund for their community services or to a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to East Lawn 916) 732-2020,
