Margaret M. Mowry

MOWRY, MARGARET M., 99, of Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland, died Monday at Oakland Grove Health Center, Woonsocket. Peg, the daughter of John and Margaret (McMannion) Kennedy, lived her life in Central Falls and Cumberland. She was predeceased by two sisters, Clare Duffy and Catherine McGinn and a brother James Kennedy. She worked as a waitress ato the Modern Diner in Pawtucket and as a cook at Mercy Mount School. She loved her dogs and enjoyed gardening. She was especially devoted to three generations of nephews and nieces. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.

Her funeral will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. from the Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. John Vianney Church, Diamond Hill Rd., Cumberland. Burial will be in Mt. St. Marys Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 964 Main St., Pawtucket, RI 02860 would be appreciated.
