The Cutters were my first adoptive "Dillard family" I had the pleasure of watching Michael and Martin grow up into fine young men. Marti was always giving 100% to everything she did. I was devistated to hear this most tragic news and my thoughts and prayers are with you Paul, Michael and Martin...

We met Marti about 5 years ago and immediately realized what bright vibrant & wonderful lady she was. Anyone who she graced with her presence should realize what an honor it was. She was taken far too soon but will not be forgotten, as the great ones never are...

Marti,
I first met you in 1978, our freshman year at El Camino High School in Joel Reber's art class.
I remember how talented you were then. . .and thinking to myself "what a beautiful and classy young lady." You were an amazing and self-less friend who was forever looking to help and brighten others' lives. Whether you were hiking, camping or just hangin' with your crew, your zest for life was truly palpable. Your loss is so terribly tragic and every one of us who had the great pleasure of calling you a friend are beyond heartbroken. Marti, you were a true Renaissance woman, and although you have physically left us, your smile, your kindness and your spirit will forever endure. Condolences to your family during this most difficult time. Rest in Eternal Peace sweet Marti. . . Gone, but never ever forgotten. Love you.

In 1986 you took us to the wedding chapel in Lake Tahoe aboard your old Volvo. Years have passed, life has changed, but our friendship never faded and never will

I love my memories of Marti, especially when first meeting her when dating Paul, their lovely wedding in the barn, having her two sons, family moments, holidays, vacations. She was a vibrant, joyful person who will be seriously missed by her family and friends.

The adventures Marti shared while the boys were in scouts are forever etched in our minds. Always first to ask "what can I do", no hesitation, and always up for an adventure. We miss you but we keep the memories.

Ovalee, Moose Guyton and family were my good friends. (I truly miss them.). I often heard of The Martins through them. Marti’s obituary was a tribute to an amazing person. My prayers are with your family.
