El Dorado Hills, California - Martin Eugene "Gene" Phelps passed away on November 16, 2025, in El Dorado Hills, California, at the age of 82.
Born on April 27, 1943, Gene proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Following his military service, he established and operated a landscaping business, dedicating himself to his work with commitment and perseverance.
Gene is survived by his wife, Donna Phelps, and his sons: Marty, Ken, Gregory, and Steven. His life leaves a lasting impression on those who knew him.
May his memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn his passing.
