Michael Kitchen Obituary

Michael Dieter Kitchen

February 21, 1947 - January 13, 2025

Citrus Heights, California - Klaus Michael Dieter Edward Stephen Kitchen - is survived by his two sisters Peggy Nelson & Eve Hannah, brother Buddy Kitchen, life partner Kevin Rhodes, along with many friends and family. Michael's parents Elisha B. and Alice passed many years prior.

Michael was a member of the Unity Church and loved his Unity family. You calmed his mind and freed his spirit. Michael enjoyed life, loved people and travel. He was a constant student.

It was unfortunate he couldn't make it back to Germany, the country of his birth; and visit his cousins Marion, Elke, Berndt and Walter. He would talk for hours on the phone to them, in German, and to his Aunt Analise before she died.

Michael will be greatly missed. He was a gift to this time/space; and some of us were lucky enough to know him.

Michael was a dear friend. He was a kind soul, always helping others and contributing to charities. He was a very spiritual person. Michael was sociable and always enjoyed a good hug. He loved life, laughter and seeking adventure. He was a nature guy skillful in gardening and growing things. Michael had many friends. He will be missed.
