Nadine Dimick Obituary
DIMICK, NADINE V.
Passed away in Sacramento on February 23, 2003. Beloved wife of 53 years of Max Dimick; Loving mother of Dan Dimick and his wife Dorothy; Loved grandmother of April, Trina, and Mandi; and loving great grandmother of Nikki, Shelby, and Kolby; She is preceded in death by her son Paul Dimick. She was a native of Scotia, CA and had resided in the Sacramento area for more than 50 years. She was a member of the Del Paso Country Club and an Honorary Board Member of the Arden Dimick Library. She was 81 years of age. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, March 1, 2003 at 2:00 PM at East Lawn Mortuary Chapel , 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento. Remembrances may be made to the Sacramento SPCA in her name.

Dear Max and Dan,
I am shocked and saddened by the death of Nadine. I just found out about it last night [Sunday, March 16th] when Marie Baer called I always rely on her to tell me of the latest news in the old neighborhood, but as you know she has been quite ill herself and also sold her house and moved, another shock!
Please accept my deepest sympathies and my apologie for not finding out about this terrible event sooner. I will miss her terribly!
Max--I will come visit you as soon as possible.

My deepest condolences to Dr. Max Dimick and his family on the loss of their wife and mother. Dr, Dimick was my ob for the birth of 4 of my 7 children. Without him I would have been having my last few children wherever I happened to be standing at the time. He recognized the fact that I did not have any pre-delivery labor and watched me closely. He took my fear away and made the whole process wonderful. I will never, never forget his loving attention and skill. My time with him was when his office was across the street from Mercy Hospital starting in 1958. At this time I would like you all to know that my prayers and thoughts are with you all even though you don't know me personally and Dr. Dimick has long forgotten me. I will never forget him!
