Gail was a co-worker and a very dear friend. We worked together at the Sacramento District, Corps of Engineers, and we kept in touch once we both retired. I will be forever grateful for her caring and support during a very difficult time in my life. My thoughts and prayers go out to all others who knew and loved her too. She will be remembered and missed. Bless you, Gail.
