Phil, I was heartbroken when I found out the news, and I wish we had stayed in better touch than we did. You were (and ARE) a great person, and one I respect quite a bit, and your contribution to this world has not gone unnoticed. I know you're in a better place than we all could possibly provide for you here, but it STILL hurts. Be well, Phil. :-)

Peace, Love, and Mariah,

Kris Borders

We will miss you, Phillip. I wish I would have known that when we hugged you goodbye on the way to the train station that it would be the last time. I remember the way your face would light up whenevr a Mariah Carey song would come on the radio, and when Stephen King would come out with a new novel. You gave me those books before you passed, and all your friends signed the inside cover of "Insomnia" Whenever we see it, it will remind us of you.
