I worked with Ralph at SMUD. Ralph was a good friend and co-worker. I will never forget his warm smile and he always was running the campus at SMUD. Long ago, he gave me little clock for Christmas, I still have the clock and it still works. I think of him whenever I look at the time. I remember meeting Maria and his (1st)son at some function, I can't remember what. Ralph was a hard working, fun, loving family- man and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to be his friend. I am praying that Maria, his children, his dad and the rest of his family will find the strength and remember all the good memories of Ralph. I definately will remember him every time I look at the time.
God Bless.

Maria and family,
I worked with Ralph for many years at SMUD. He was a very upbeat guy who loved his family. I was blessed with one last chance to see him last summer when he stopped by the office (he then bragged about his children and I bragged about mine). I did not know at the time what he was going through and wish I did. I had planned to visit him the week of Christmas and missed my chance. Maria, I had not seen you in a very long time, you are a very special person and I thank God that Ralph had you with him in his final days. I enjoyed Ralph's service it was very special and heartwarming to me. He will be missed by his friends here at SMUD. Maria, if there is anything you need just e-mail me. You are all in my prayers.

Ralph was a good friend and co-worker. I will never forget his warm smile and great humor and the way he showed such great pride when he spoke of his family and his career. I remember when he used to bring his daughter Katrina to the office when she was just five or six years old, and all he did was talk about her. Well, he returned to see us after he recuperated from his first surgery and he was still very proud of Katrina's accomplishments and spoke very highly of Maria, his sons and his dad. Ralph was a hard working fun loving family man and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to be his friend. I am praying that Maria, Katrina, his dad and the rest of his family will find the strenght in their faith and all the good memories of Ralph.

Ralph was a friend to my family through our shared love of Jet-Ski racing. Two years ago at Lake Havasu during the World Finals Ralph spoke to us about his fight with cancer and his acceptance of Jesus Christ as his Savior. Godspeed to you Ralph, you will be missed not only by us but the thousands you have touched with your insightful and beautful photos. We'll see you again in Heaven.

I met Ralph at many of the jet ski races that he dutifully spent standing in the water shooting the photos of racers and riders that he loved to take --- he was one of the most amazing characters I have met and we immediately became close friends like we knew each other all our lives. The world has lost a truly gifted and amazing individual and my sincerest condolences to Maria and the family. You will live always in our hearts Kingpin Campos !

We both have so many fond childhood memories of our cousin Ralphy. Easter at Grandmas in Anderson CA, BBQ's & picnics at Goethe Park, swimming at Aunt Helens and lots of family get togethers. He was truly a special person and we will miss him greatly. Lots of love and prayers to Maria, Aunt Helen and the entire family. xoxoxo

To my niece Katrina and the Campos family,
My Deepest Sympathy to you. Ralph had many Holiday dinners in my home; he throughly enjoyed my giblet gravy. It made my Thanksgiving Day to make it one last time.

Ralph was my nephew, we worked together while he was employed at SMUD, we visited a lot together it really did not matter how much time elapsed between our visits I always felt a close connection. I really didn't know anyone who loved life more than Ralph and I truly will miss him, he was always personable and easy to talk to. God bless our families and help us thru this very difficult time.
