Ralph Orlandella Obituary
April 19, 1949 - November 18, 2021
Elk Grove, California - Ralph Orlandella, 72, of Elk Grove, CA passed away November 18, 2021 at a hospital in Orlando, FL. He showed unwavering courage, always smiling through the multiple medical challenges he faced over the years.
Born in Lodi, CA to Ralph and Wanda Orlandella. Graduated from St Mary's High School (Stockton) and earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy at University of the Pacific Pharmacy School. He worked as a pharmacist for nearly 40 years, retiring as a California State Board of Pharmacy Inspector.
Ralph had a love for trains and California history. Served as President of Sacramento State Parks Docent Society (1984-1985), and helped in founding of Sacramento Southern Railroad in 1985. Ralph also owned Cruise Holidays of Sacramento with his wife Paula.
Ralph was involved in Drum & Bugle Corps starting as a youth in Lodi and Stockton, then SF Rengades as an adult.
Survived by his wife of nearly 50 yrs, Paula. Children Amanda & Adam (Jenna), Grandchildren Asher and Hayden.

I will always remember my days of working for Ralph and Paula at Cruise Holidays. The Orlandella family has been thought of many times over the years and always with a smile on my face. Living in Florida in hope to be closer to the ports! Still love cruising and always will. Paula, you and Amanda and Adam are in our thoughts and prayers.
