Richard LEEPER Obituary
6/22/1992 - 10/24/2013
A light has gone out of our lives and we are heartbroken. Richard was only 21 years old when he taken from us in a tragic accident. His passing has left such a void in our hearts and lives but we take comfort in knowing that he has been reunited with his dad and the 'Leeper Clan,' his beloved grandma Evie, and all his grandpas. He is survived by his 'Auntie' Denice Guess, 'Auntie Momma' Lynn Giffin, cousins Shauna Giffin and Tim Giffin, mother SandaLeigh Shirley, grandmother Kaylene Fletcher-Shirley and many other loving relatives in California, Oregon, Montana & Alaska. He had a special place in his heart for his longtime girlfriend Victoria Brizzee and for his many loyal friends. He loved books and was a voracious reader and writer, as well as an incredibly talented artist and musician. He was a 2010 graduate of El Camino high school and had recently started working at Stirling Bridges Restaurant & Pub, a job he loved. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of his life this Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 1-4 pm in the Pavilion at the Doubletree Hotel, 2001 Point West Way. In lieu of flowers remembrances in Richard's name can be made to the Front Street Animal Shelter or SPCA. RIP 'Buddy.'

Its been over 10 years and I think often about everything that's changed and how you would have changed. No doubt you would be something even more incredible than you already were, more complicated and intelligent, and that no one will get to witness what you were to become is a shame which will never go away.
