Sacramento, California - A Homegoing Celebration will be held for Roy Glenn Frand, 66, at 10:00am on September 1 at Skipper Lee & Sons Eternal Rest Funeral Home in Houston, TX, located at 4610 S. Wayside Dr. A military salute will follow at Houston National Cemetery.
A resident of Sacramento, CA and native of Houston, TX Roy passed at 3:24am on Friday, July 21, 2023 at UC Davis Hospital.
Roy leaves his life and legacy on earth to his children: son Jory Teno, and daughter Marisa Jeffries; and 6 beloved grandchildren: Tyrique Teno, Aniya Teno, Jory Teno (Jr), Jadyn Teno, Walker Jeffries, and Willa Jeffries.
He leaves his brothers and sisters, Clifford (Sarah), Raymond (Verta), Darrell (Clarissa), Nadeen Renee Alexander (Van Ray), Freida Frand, and Georgia Manuel (David).
He was preceded in death by his parents: mother, Clara Frand, father, Adam Gerard Frand, and sister, Vera Broussard.
