July 31, 1927 - December 19, 2021
Sacramento, California - Subaran Kaur Singh passed away at her home with family at her bedside at the age of 94. Born in Samabula, Fiji in 1927, Ms. Singh married the late Vichitra Singh Sandhu on September 6, 1944, and had seven children: six daughters and one son. In June 1966, she and her family moved to Northern California and settled in Sacramento, where she had 20 grandchildren. The public is invited to attend the services. The funeral will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021, 2 - 4 p.m., followed by the cremation at the North Sacramento Funeral Home, 725 El Camino Avenue, Sacramento (916) 922-9668, The public is invited to the prayer service at the Elsie Gurdwara (Sikh Temple). Ms. Singh is survived by her three sisters, three brothers, seven children, 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
