Susan Helen Ali

Born February 11, 1944 in Sacramento, CA passed away on June 20, 2013. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Rex Ali and her brothers, Rex Dirk Ali, Frederick Ali and Frances Ali. She is survived by her daughters, Yvette Moore and Skylar (Karen) Phoenix, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Known as "Sue" to most, she was a brave and strong woman with a fiery spirit. She spent her youth in Del Paseo Heights and lived most of her life in California as an accountant and book keeper. She loved movies both in the theatre and at home; collecting more than 300 in her personal library. Sue also loved to travel shop and make jewelry. Sue was starting her own jewelry business when God called her home. A Homecoming Celebration will be held at 12:30 P.M. on Monday, July 1, 2013 at Sierra 2 Center for the Arts, 2791 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95818; reception immediately following.
