So rarely does God drop an angel in your midst. Sue's courage, compassion and love for her husband and children caused a ripple effect through our entire family. She inspired us to love each other more and cherish the time we have together. She was a true and honest inspiration to my family and for that I will always be grateful. God bless you and comfort you. We continue to pray for you and your family.

ALTHOUGH I DID NOT KNOW SUSAN LONG, I CAN TESTIFY TO HER COURAGE, FAITH, AND STRENGTH DURING HER BATTLE WITH CANCER. SHE WAS A PATIENT IN DR. HAAGENSEN'S OFFICE AND SHE WOULD SHARE HER OPTIMISM AND LAUGHTER WITH FELLOW PATIENTS EVEN WHEN IT WAS CLEAR SHE WASN'T FEELING WELL. I ADMIRED HER ABILITY TO FIND THE GOOD IN EACH DAY AND WAS HONORED TO HAVE KNOWN HER. MAY SHE FIND COMFORT IN HER ETERNAL HOME.

I DID NOT SUSAN LONG BUT I CAN TESTIFY TO HER AMAZING FAITH, STRENGTH, AND COURAGE AS SHE FACED HER BATTLE WITH CANCER. SHE WAS A PATIENT OF THE DOCTOR I WORK FOR AND SHE WOULD SHARE HER OPTIMISM WITH FELLOW PATIENTS. I DON'T THINK I EVER REMEMBER HER NOT SMILING EVEN WHEN IT WAS CLEAR THAT SHE WAS IN DISCOMFORT. SHE'D SHARE A LAUGH OR TWO WITH MY CO-WORKER, VIANNEY ABOUT SHARED MEMORIES AS THEY HAD KNOW EACH OTHER FOR A LONG TIME. MAY SHE FIND PEACE AND COMFORT IN HER ETERNAL HOME.

HAAGENSEN'S OFFICE WITH A SMILE EVEN WHEN IT WAS CLEAR THAT SHE WASN'T FEELING WELL. SHE'D ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING TO LAUGH ABOUT ESPECIALLY WITH MY CO-WORKER, VIANNEY AS THEY KNEW EACH OTHER FOR YEARS. I AM CONFIDENT THAT SUSAN HAS LEFT A RICH LEGACY OF FAITH FOR THOSE WHO KNEW HER.

Mama Sue... It was a pleasure to have known you through your beautiful daughter. You were a strong woman with a beautiful heart, and you made your mark on this earth by being the most wonderful daughter, mother, wife, and sister you could be. You have an amazing family, and you were the rock that taught everyone how to love and respect one another, for time passes so fast, and life is so short, so live it! I'm grateful you have placed 3 amazing children, and Krysta as my friend in my life. You are at peace now, and will be dearly missed.
