Timothy Hafer Obituary
February 22, 1957 - February 20, 2025
North Highlands, California - Timothy James Hafer passed away unexpectedly on February 20, 2025 just 2 days before his 68th birthday.
Tim is survived by his wife of 46 years, Nancy Hafer, his daughter Angela Hafer, son-in-law Phil Villamayor, daughter Nichole Allum, son-in-law Matthew Allum, Son Matthew Hafer and daughter in-law Melody Hafer, mother-in-law Mary Persinger and brother-in-law Gary Forncrook. As well as 8 grandchildren, 6 siblings and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held for Tim on Saturday, March 15 from 1-4 p.m. at the Lions Gate Hotel, Officers Club, 3410 Westover St., McClellan Park, CA, 95652.

Hager Family,
Tim was such a wonderful man. I had the pleasure of being a co-worker at CSLB with Tim aka Timmy. He was always willing to help an applicant and go the extra mile . We often chatted about each of our kids and laughed about the challenges, joys and pride we had as parents. I know Tim was so proud of each of his kids and how much he loved his wife Nancy. I pray that all your memories gives you some comfort during this very difficult time...

Hafer Family,
Heartfelt condolences as you navigate the loss of such a wonderful man. I worked with Tim at the Contractors State License Board for many years. He was kind and considerate to his co-workers and customers alike and always went the extra mile for both. Tim had the ability to bring humor into difficult situations, and had an infectious laugh that aways made me smile. Tim's family-man heart was often on display - his eyes lighting up when he spoke of his wife, Nancy, and their family. I was blessed to know Tim. He was one in a million.
